"Uses for Sal Suds

Laundry: HE 1 oz per load, plus vinegar in rinse cycle. Clothes are truly clean, fresh and soft without irritating chems.

Dishes: Mix 1/4 cup Sal Suds with 1 cup h2o in foaming dispenser...use sparingly it lasts forever.

Floors: a teaspoon in a bucket of water.

This is the best, natural product I have found to do all my cleaning. I buy the gallon and it lasts quite a while. Even doing two or three loads of laundry/dishes per day. Dr. B's products are always biodegradable and made with quality ingredients. I love that they are concentrated and a little really goes a long way. Another BONUS is that they do NO ANIMAL Testing =) as well as the company supports thier local boys and girls clubs!! I dont ever plan on switching!

"I started using this last winter and fell in love! No need to buy any other cleaning product for your home as this does it all and well. Great on glass, floors (even wood), laundry, outdoors, bathroom & kitchen. No nasty smell and easy on hands! Great price too considering it's concentrated."

"I purchased this larger- sized version of Sal Suds after using the 16 ounce bottle and was pleased not only w/ it's cleaning results, but I didn't need to have windows and/or doors open for ventilation. I initially tried Sal Suds because my head would hurt while using a mainstream liquid detergent. What a relief!"

"I had been using Dr. Bronner's other liquid soaps to use as both bath products and cleaning products. I decided to give this a try as a substitute for my cleaning products and it is a real winner!! Suds up great! I can see that I will be using this for all of my household cleaning from now on. I just add a few drops of essential oils to the bucket to make things more interesting or as disinfectants."

Sal Suds works everywhere, April 20, 2009
By PhillyPhil from Philadelphia, PA

"When my daughter was born, my wife and I decided that we were going to make significant cuts in the amount of chemicals used in the house. The first place we looked was cleansers and detergents. Upon looking up some of the dangers of chemicals in the house, we were determined to come up with a safer way to keep the place clean. After a bit of searching, we found Sal Suds and we have been very happy. I was particularly pleased with HOW WELL IT WORKS. I use it to clean everything and it works as well or better than what we were previously using. I cannot say enough about this all natural product. I have gone on to use Sal Suds exclusively to clean the house and even use it in the laundry--wish they made dishwasher detergent!"

"I've used Dr. Bronner's soaps for several years and Sal Suds is simply the best all purpose, all natural cleaner you can buy! I make most of my cleaning products and Sal Suds is in nearly every one of my blends! I really like the fact that Sal Suds works fantastic on my laundry, using only 1/4 cup ~ in hot water, cold water, hard water, soft water...whatever! I use it in conjunction with Borax for my whites (sparkle-city!)."

"I've been using Dr. Bronner's products for over 17 years. The Sal Suds is outstanding for any general household cleaning: mix with baking soda for dishwashing, a drop or two on top of Borax/baking soda blend in your dishwasher, a squirt or two on top of the same borax/b.s blend for all laundry, a drop or two in a spray bottle filled with 75% water/25% white vinegar for a glass/countertop cleaner, wash floors and walls, even your car...the Castile soaps(not the Sal Suds) are great in the bath, shower, as a hand soap and pet shampoo. I use it to bathe my horses, too. With 4 children and a menagerie of animals, this product is versatile and indispensable at our house."

"I have used Dr Bronners soaps for many years and have loved every product I've tried. My first introduction was with this product - Sal Suds. I make all my own cleaners and Sal Suds are included in most of my concoctions. I use it for washing dishes in the sink, add some washing soda and borax and use it for laundry ... everywhere. I've used it for shampoo & body wash when I'm otherwise out. It smells like true pine. I'll never use a different product."

"I have been pleasantly surprised by Sal Suds. It is consistently the best all-natural cleaning product I have encountered. I've used it on dishes, floors, laundry, even the dogs (check with your vet, first). It's very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. The name is somewhat deceptive because you don't get a lot of suds, but it works! The price is very competitive with other all-natural products and it smells great."
