"I've been looking for a good shampoo for awhile...this is the best so far. I have thin straight hair and this works great but over time there is some build up. Now I'm looking for a good clarifying shampoo to use in between. Thick hair would have NO problems I'm sure."

"I have graying, coarse & dry hair. This shampoo after one use left it very soft and it left my hair fuller. It also smells great. It does not expand the hair as much as some other volume shampoos, but enough to satisfy me. The key thing is that it left my hair very soft...which usually does not happen with a volumizing shampoo. I will buy this again."

"I had heard that this shampoo didn't smell very good, so was leary to order it. I'm glad I did order it. I have been very pleased with the performance of this product and I think the smell is just great. I use it alone with no conditioner and my hair has lift and gets very clean. "I bought this shampoo hoping it would infuse my hair with some decent body. It does an OK job but no more than any other 'regular' shampoo. If you have fine hair, don't expect miracles. I do like the organic/natural ingredients."

"I use a few Giovanni products, the Root 66 Shampoo being one of them. I have fine/thin hair that gets "greasy" looking very easily. This shampoo cleans my hair without over stripping/drying it. I can go longer than normal between shampoos without getting the greasy look with this shampoo. Mild pleasent scent too."

"I found Giovani's Root 66 shampoo for fine, limp hair at the local health food & supplement store. At my first lather I was sold on this product. Root 66 lathered and rinsed out well leaving my long, fine hair easy to comb through and manage throughout the day. The scent was pleasant, but not overly perfumy. Now that I have found a source to purchase it for less $$ I'll be buying it online!"
