"I dilute this with water 50/50. It works great as a mouthwash. I also use the same 50/50 mix as a breath freshener spray. It works well if I can't brush my teeth after a meal."

"I wake up with really bad breath and this mouthwash has been excellent. Although the formula is a bit strong due to the peppermint, it is okay after diluting. It has no alcohol whatsoever and includes beneficial ingredients instead! I also use the complementing toothpaste which works great together!"
