"This is a great calming formula. I tried it because of the price and it is good for anytime during the day. I take three at night for sure and one or two during the day. I have found that it doesn't give me that hung over or drugged out feeling in the morning. I wake up more refreshed than I have in years."

"Then you will like this product. It is almost identical to Calms Forte, but is about half the price because not only is it cheaper but there are 120 pills instead of 100.

For it to be the most effective you should take it throughout the day and then at night as well. Usually it keeps me more calm during the day and allows me to sleep better at night.

A great thing about this product is that it doesn't give you that hung over effect that some products can give you. It's pretty effective, but if you are having a really bad bout of insomnia you may need something more powerful like Valerian (gives me weird dreams though and a hung over effect in the morning). Most of you will find that this will do the trick for you most of the time without the weird dreams and hung over effect of other products."

"Was excited after reading previous reviews, and also, because of the reasonable price. However, after my husband and I began taking them according to directions for over a week, we noticed no changes. None. We weren't expecting a "sleeping pill," but definitely a gentle aid in calming. We were disappointed. Will not purchase again."

"These are the best for a moody toddler who is still cutting teeth. They are very mild but effective. It is just enough to calm her down and help her wind down when she is having trouble going down for the night. It seems to take the edge off and allow her to relax."
