"I'd never tried this before, so tucked a bag into our last order. My hubby is the main cook, so the "acid test" would be if he liked using it as well.
Well, it got five stars from all of us! He made a turkey gravy with this that was just amazing. I am not a gravy fan, but this could be dangerous - I loved this one! I have even asked for it again! We've used up the first order except for a couple little scraps, so time to order more!
I don't think you could go wrong with this one. Since it is gluten free, it doesn't have the gluey, sticky quality to the gravy that regular flours add. That is probably why I liked the gravy! : )
I would definitely recommend this item. The taste was great, the flour very smooth, it mixes easily and gluten free. What else could you want, besides a larger package?"
