"This is a very good tasteing shake. I chill and add whipped creme on top. It curbs a sweet tooth and it is loaded with vitamins. I also like the strawberry flavored, (very close to Quik).It is helping during the platue period of the diet and is only 160 cal per serving."

"The Atkins shakes are fantastic. They are delicious and very low in net carbs. If you are watching carbs, breakfast can be difficult. These shakes satisfy and keep you satisfied until lunch. They are a tasty, quick, easy and above all delicious meal replacement or snack."

"I was really suprised that this shakes taste so great. I tried the powder years ago and was severly disappointed. Only negative is that they only hold me for 2 hours. But for the cost, I can drink 2."

"I really enjoy these shakes as a meal replacement. They are easier to store and carry since they introduced the new packaging.

This product is best REALLY cold. I keep them in my mini fridge at work."
