"this is my first cee product and i must say it does what it says, i was on cellmass at one point and it did nothing for me so i decided to try cee as it claimed better absorption and no bloat which i got when i took creatine mono. the stuff does exactly as it claims, within 2 weeks i went up 10-30 pounds on all my lifts and im still going up, it let me get out that last rep which is always the hardest. its been a month now and ive put on 5 pounds of pure muscle so im not complaining. again though this isnt a miracle supplement i workout regularly and have a very strict diet, but this really helped me break through my plateaus and its not too pricey either. i take this along with whey protein and a multivitamin, a definite must buy for any serious lifter."
