"I read a review by Mike Adams on this product. Since I highly regard his recommendations, I decided to try it myself. It is definately worth taking. It's an excellent product. The only thing I had an issue with was the expiration date. It expires within a year's time. I would prefer if the bottles sent would have longer shelf life."

"I took this product for 3 days and was out in the sun on the third day. I forgot my sunscreen; it was very hot out and when I got home 3 hours later - no burn at all. Got some sun but no burn!!! Love it."

"This is a powerful anti-oxidant, essential for anyone who wants lot of Sun exposure. I live in the Valley of the Sun, and spend time out in the Sun, and also do some Sun Gazing. "I was using the 4mg version 4x/day but decided to upgrade and pay more for this one. The 4mg I was getting 15 serving/bottle. The 6mg version I'm paying more per bottle but getting more servings 20. Plus the capsule is vegetarian."

Never Get Sunburned Again, August 8, 2008

"I didn't notice any athletic benefits from this stuff, and I play a lot of basketball. But the real reason I bought it was that I had read several articles saying that Astaxanthin keeps you from getting sunburned because all of the antioxidants in it keep free radicals from damaging your skin during sun exposure. It usually takes several months of taking it to see results, but I have been taking it for 3-4 months and I'm blond hair blue eyes and I can be outside all day long without a shirt and barely get burned at all. I used to burn in an hour if I didn't have sunscreen on. Now I don't even touch sunscreen anymore. I take 2 of these a day, it's like magic. I finally can get a tan instead of a burn! If I go to the beach and lay out all day without any sunscreen, I will get very lightly burned, but nothing a little aloe won't fix. If I just go outside for a couple hours and play basketball, I just get tanned, and I NEVER used to get tan, i'd always burn."

"The product is the best I've had in a long itme. I've been on it for 3 weeks, started out with the 4mg 2x a day, then got the 6mg 2x a day sometimes 3x a day. I was out in the sun 83 degrees for 4 hrs and just got a nice tan and slight shoulder burn. Also my stamina and endurance is beyond WOW. I play soccer, so I'm in good shape, but this just put it over the top. Also the next day no muscle ache or pain. Amazing stuff, lifetime member............"

"I've been taking this for probably about 2 weeks now and I would definitely recommend it to others. I was always too tired to get up and work out in the morning before work...well, since I started taking this product, I've had the energy to get up and do yoga every morning before work and then do some weight training in the evening after work. I have to think that this has something to do with it. Even if not, it has so many other benefits as a great antioxidant that I would take it anyway.
I read that you should space it out during the day, so I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon and I also take it with a flax oil capsule as I read that this helps it absorb better.
I will definitely buy this again."
