"I've only been using the product for about 30-days. I'll try it for another 30-days to see if I get better results. It does help suppress my appetite and I'm eating considerably less than before use. I haven't noticed any change in weight."

"I have finally found what I feel to be a safe appetite suppressant. Was a miserable person being 35 lbs over weight with daily uncontrollable cravings for pastries and sweets. I use this product together with the Atkins Advantage products. The chocolate peanut butter bar with black coffee for a snack is one I like very much. I will drink an Atkins shake for breakfast. I don't eat bad carbs, eat healthy foods. Have lost 20 lbs in 12 weeks, feel much better. Only take 1 Metabolife pill two times a day for the most part. Will take more if need to. Definitely does curb my appetite. The 150 calorie Atkins shake taken with one Metabolife pill works well for me."

"This product made me irritable, shaky, although it did help to cut back on my appetite. For these reasons I sent it back. If you can tolerate stimulants without side effects you might have no problem with this product."

"I tried these to help get rid of the STUBBORN last five pounds I have to lose. For whatever reason, these gave me sinus pains (I guess I'm allergic to some of the ingredients?) made me feel jittery and crazy, and didn't really do much more than that. Oh, aside from making me feel like my heart was going to jump out of my throat when I got its rate up. I now use more natural products like L-Carnitine for fat burning...it seems to be working and without all the negative side effects. And, let's get real here, there isn't much a diet pill will do for you that cleaning up your diet, pushing your workout hard and drinking plenty of water won't."

"Curved my appetite...I tried 2 in the first morning. I felt cranky. Then I tried two b4 lunch. I felt pressure on my head. Then a very bad headache. The 2nd day I took two for breakfast then lunch then two at three. I was then with a very bad headache and pain in my shoulders. To top it off I could not sleep at night. The next day I did not take any for breakfast tried 2 for lunch then I got the bad pressure on top of my head nothing would take the pain away. I wish I could keep taking it because it takes the hunger feeling away. I just can't deal with all the pressure and pain."

"I dont' like using any diet pills, but after gaining about 30 pounds in three years, I had to try something. When I purchased this item, I was a skeptic, but it works and I have lost 5 pounds in a week :) I started out with 2 pills the first day and it did keep me up at night. so I began taking 1 instead of 2 pills before meals. It is working for me and I am very happy with this product."

"i had more energy through out the day. I am a nap person but i do not take naps anymore since taking these pills. It helped to curb my appetite but i did not see a lot of pounds drop. i lost about 6 lbs after taking it for 40 days.I i would like to lose more.

"I have definitely tried my share of diet pills but these don't have the major side affects and allow you to take less then the serving size and still get the benefits. I take 1 three times a day instead of two 2-3 times a day and it most definitely supresses my hunger as well as give me all the energy I need for the day. With 2 at a time I tend to get a little jittery but one at 8,12 and 3 works perfectly for me! Try not to take later than 4 it can keep you up :) I love these pills, helping me still to my calorie count!"
