"first off, on paper these vitamins sound really solid, and in reality i'm sure they are. however, i literally almost threw-up after ingesting the liquid. i realize that everyone has taste preferences and tolerances, and i have a very, very high threshold for health foods/vitamins. this product was frankly unbearable to drink. i was excited to buy because they sounded great, but intolerable from a taste perspective."

"If you're looking for a liquid multi-vitamin this one is a good bet. My husband doesn't feel a difference taking it, but he's in pretty good health to begin with, so maybe that's why. These packs are great for travel, very easy and convenient when you're on the go."

"These packets make traveling with a liquid supplement convenient, since I don't like swallowing pills. I choke easily and liquids are best for me. It's one of the few liquids I can tolerate well without tasting it an hour later. Mixes well with juice. I just wish it contained some Niacin, even a small amount, since I believe it's an important B vitamin. I called the company's customer service department and was told some people experienced a "flush" so they changed the formula."
