"I had bought some raw munuka active 16 honey(another brand) and noticed an imidiate improvement in digestion, then when I ran out I purchased the above Manuka honey and my digestion went back to its old ways. I think maybe that either this honey is just not effective, or purhaps it was diluted with a non-active honey?"

"This is pretty good. Not as sweet as clover honey, a deeper taste that's hard to describe. I mix this with organic peanut butter, some wholesome cereal, "Garden of Life Organic Coconut Oil" and "Garden of Life Super Seed". It is almost like having a dessert but so good for you.
