Great Gut Health for Kids
August 30, 2014
"I have been using this since 2010, and though it would be nice if it were in a capsule or chewable; or say a gummy version, it is in an open powder form. I like the availability of the bacterial probiotics that are available in Natural Factors products. It's not just one single probiotic bacteria, there are seven (7) different bacteria in this particular product. Also, I keep ours in the fridge, which also helps to preserve the likeliness that this product will be effective. Probiotics are sensitive little organisms, especially to heat. Gummy versions are probably not worth the buy, as to create the gummy version, the sugar needs to be heated. Like another reviewer stated, it won't mix well into things like milk or juice. However, yogurt, peanut butter, anything that has a spreadable consistency (mayo) it will work fine with. My kids don't know the difference. And it works great for their gut health."

Doesn't mix in well
November 27, 2009
"My 2 yr-old is very picky, but I really want him to take some probiotics and I bought this product hoping that being in powder form I would mix it in the juice. well... it doesn't mix in juice at all, or milk! So I put it in some yogurt and that worked just fine, but every time he takes it he gets an upset stomach"
