"Been using under 3mg melatonin supplements for 10+ years -recently concerned over taking this hormone for that long- I have no idea about long term effects. I was glad to find this more natural melatonin from cherries. It is tart but that's good no added sugar. Be sure to follow a shot of this with 4-6 oz of pure water. I am still researching but pleased to have made this switch and having sweet dreams."
