"has the base of everything you need for the day.flavor is pretty good.this product does seem to give me an energy boost.have been using for about a year,product is 10 to 12 dollars cheaper here than at health food stores."

"Overall this is a good product. I like the flavor and the idea...mixing in smoothies, taking the one shot instead of 3 large pills. The only problem is, it needs to be refridgerated and is then away from my other supplements, therefore forgotten most of the time.
If you like liquids, this is the best I have tried."
