"I have not been sick for ages taking these vitamins! Also, I have not noticed any funny side affects. The vitamin is large though - so if you have difficulty swallowing big pills, you might want to see if they offer "easy swallow" etc. The regular prenatal vitamins are big (I have never had a problem though)."

"This is the best prenatal vitamin out there. Excellent quality and doesn't irritate the stomach. I used it all during pregnancy & breastfeeding.
Only bad thing about this vitamin is that it is large. It took me a while to figure out that I had to swallow it WITH FOOD. Then it was no problem. Swallowing the vitamin with just liquid doesn't always work. Just a head's up!
I always recommend this vitamin to my pregnant friends, especially if they complain of an upset stomach."

"I am 62 years old and obviously not pregnant. I started taking this after reading a recommendation (for more energy) in the 'First'.. for Women magazine. Not sure about the energy thing, but my nails (which I've always bitten to the quick) barely grew but after using this product for a short time you can almost see them growing DAILY (it's like bamboo). They are still incredibly thin and tear easily. I wear fake glue-ons but underneath my own nails are growing like crazy. And my hair is also growing fast. I wish they came in a larger bottle."

"This is a vitamin that will make your hair grow..and FAST..I'm not PG, but I take this b/c it has more Vitamin D than I'd normally consume in a day and I'm dieting..so I'm taking in less calories..so need all the benefits that this vitamin has to offer. This is such a great vitamin that I can literally have nothing or even just coffee in my stomach and taking a swig of water and these 2 vitamins DOES NOT make me sick..nauseous...Nada.
