"In looking for options to pills and something to put into smoothies & drinks, I found this. 1 teaspoon has 5,000 mg or 5g of vitamin C. After the first time using it, 1 tsp, I felt an immediate boost of energy, I felt GOOD! I also put this into my son's drinks twice a week - I use 1/4 teaspoon, more if he has a cold - & he likes it.
The powder is very fine & dissolves easily in cold or warm liquid. I've taken it in just plain water & it's fine; you'll get a citric acid taste to the water, but it's all right.
Effective, fast working, easily absorbed, doesn't hurt my stomach, easy to use - Definitely worth the price!!"
