"I love these vitamin supplements. They have everything I generally need, including omega fatty acids!
The capsules are quite large, this is the only problem I think someone might have with these. Like all Carlson capsules, these are liquid inside a gel capsule. Liquid is easier for the body to assimilate and use. The capsules are easy to swallow. My favorite thing is that Carlson makes such high quality products, they use the best ingredients in all of their products."

"I had been taking Twinlab Daily two caps for several years. I was very satisfied with them except I would feel nauseous if I did not consume enough of the right types of food after taking them. I do not have the nausea issue with Carlson's Super 2 Daily. I have only been taking them a little over a month but have been pleasantly satisfied with them so far.
I switched to Carlson because after taking further blood tests my supplement needs had changed. Carlson's Super 2 Daily was the closest fit to the extremely expensive made to order supplements suggested."
