Choose your mix wisely, June 1, 2009

"So far this creatine seems to give me a good pump while I'm working out. I went with the unflavored so I could mix it with my post workout shake, bad idea. It didn't mix well and made the shake taste bad no matter what I mixed it with and was grainy. So I started mixing it with Poweraid zero and drink it during my workout. This is a much better solution. I don't know how the flavored variety tastes but I like it with the Poweraid."
