"One of the best chocolate flavored protein powders. Ever. Optimum Chocolate Mint is also great. One rounded scoop mixes well with 6 ounces of liquid if used in a shaker vigorously for 30 seconds. Not even one tiny clump. Trying to mix it with a spoon is worthless but thats is 99% of protein powders. I will keep buying Optimum Whey for the price and flavor. Not to mention the added 4 grams BCAAs with every serving."

"I make a shake every morning and mix 1/3 banana, 1 tsp low fat peanut butter, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1 tsp sugar free hazelnut syrup and 5 ice cubes. It is awesome. I use a full scoop of protein powder to get my protein in. I had lap band and have to limit my food intake as well."

"It's good tasting, it's protein isolate, and it mixes 'ok' in milk. It does clump a bit if you moderately use a spoon to mix it, but if you give it he11, it'll mix well... or use a blender. It's a high does of protein (24g + 8g in milk) and it's a very good price for 5 lbs. And it tastes good, unlike some vanilla and berry flavors I've had in the past. I've heard that isolates are slowly digested, so I take it before night."
