"started using this product a few weeks ago after trying numerous tablet forms of sugar control pills. Liquid formula was new to me so I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised! It mixes well with just about anything and dosen't taste too bad either. I can tell it works with everytime I use it, keeps the sugar spikes at a minimum. I take it along with my meals instead of 1/2 hour before as recommended. I will buy again!"
