"I started using this product many years ago and i will not use anything else. I had a bone density test after being on it about a year and I had a 7 1/2 % increase! That is not to say that exercise did not also play a part in the positive results, but I am convinced that this particular product is a very absorbable high quality source of calcium that also includes much needed Vitamin D and the 2 to 1 ratio of magnesium needed to absorb calcium."

"Liquid anything, has the highest absorbency rate. Liquid Health are a superb company; with a whole range of various organic supplements to choose from, you do not need to look any further. I take the Calcium/Magnesium supplement in conjunction with "Women's Multi" by Liquid Health. Together, they perform wonders and I know my body is benefiting from 100% product, and no unnecessary binders that my digestive tract needs to fuss with. By the time our bodies deal with the capsules, and tablet coatings, our bodies have excreted most of the supplement. If we want optimum health, maximum results, and all product - we need to take it in a liquid form. If there is no liquid alternative, gel caps are the next best choice (broken inside your mouth - and spit the shell out)."
