"I used my first system off and on for a year and it was effective enough that when the rubber went hard I bought another one. I take it when I travel, just in case I get congested, or experience a lot of allergens."

"This product is easy to use, must be replaced every so often when the plunger gets difficult to plunge, but it is better than a neti pot, and more portable for trips. Would never like to be without it since I have reduced sinus and migraine headaches using this and this applicator and the saline mixture which accompanies it."

"If you are like me, trying to use a neti pot was like trying to stand on my head with one arm, and I would get all wet besides. Then I tried the Nasaline Nasal Rinsing System. "Excellent gentle and effective device for sinus rinse. More control than using Neti. I prefer using the pure saline (included, reorderable) to rinses using bicarbonate. Good product."
