"This is, by far, one of the best protein shakes available in RTD. It doesn't have that "chemical" taste that I've found a lot of pre-mixed shakes do. It offers a whopping 40g of protein, which pretty much crushes some of the other shakes I've bought. It keeps me full longer, digests easily, is great for on-the-go and has helped me lose and maintain weight after having 2 kids back-to-back. I continue drinking it now because it tastes so good."
