I could feel a real difference, April 30, 2009

"Endurance formula is good for what it claims. It does seem to deliver more types of electrolytes that are absorbed quickly. I have seen fairly good results with it. Though I have to say I really think the bottled version seems to work better than the concentrate for some reason. It seems like the recommended mix is more weak than I expected. If you find it in the bottle it is very effective."
