The biggest change is that the amount of CoQ10 has been increased from 10 mg to 100 mg. CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that appears to be vital for overall health. As a result, the advanced levels of CoQ10 found in Synergy Once Daily Version 3 may be even more beneficial in enhancing heart and cardiovascular wellness.  . The new Version 3 delivers several other powerful antioxidants, including green tea extract, resveratrol and red wine extract. Synergy Once Daily provides 10 mg of resveratrol, which is more resveratrol than most bottles of red wine contain. In fact, the combination of resveratrol, grape seed extract and red wine extract may offer many of the health benefits of red wine. Also, the amount of vitamin D3 has been almost tripled to 2,000 IU.
