"I'll use it up and I think it's of real high-quality. It's definitely better than the average sea salt sold and 10x tastier than table salt (and more beneficial). But..I tried some Himilayan Pink Salt on here and I just can't go back. This is a 2nd to the Pink Himilayan salt. This seems very gritty/course and I can taste it in soups and meals (it doesn't crush up in them real well)..whereas the Pink Himalayan does. This is very tasty, but the Pink Himalayan is the best (taste-wise)...so overall a great salt...but I like Himalayan better (just a personal preference)."

"My husband and I use this salt which was recommended to us through my husbands naturopath. It has such a pure salt taste and also includes much needed minerals. Unlike sea salt this is a pure form of salt without the pollution from the ocean. From what my husbands naturopath said it comes from a salty body of water that was long ago covered by volcanic lava now uncovered for us to eat the salt remains. Cool huh? Well, I highly recommend this fantastic salt."

"My dad came for a visit and when I opened the door I couldn't help but exclaim, "You look like you are dead!" His skin was gray and when you pressed your finger into his skin ti would leave an indention much like pressing into play-doh. I asked what was going on and he told me the doctors had him on a salt-free diet. At once I knew he had been given bad information and gave him some of this salt. He mixed quite a bit in a glass and drank it. Before the day was out - his skin returned to a more normal color and he looked and felt much better. If you google salt - you will see that it is necessary for cellular function. However- we need to be getting real salt WITH minerals and not the sodium chloride with aluminum being sold as salt in the supermarkets. STOP using store bought salt and try this salt - it tastes great and is GOOD for you. I have been using this salt for 6 years and many of my friends and family now use this salt."
