"This gum really does curb those "I want it cause I see it" hunger pains. It doesn't last long, but it helps me over the edge until it's actually time to eat."

"Ok, dieters will try almost anything to help cut calories. This one's innocuous, tastes good, and might actually help you resist eating what you shouldn't. It has a strongggggg flavor, so it takes away the desire to eat -- temporarily. An inexpensive item to keep in your arsenal of dieting weaponry."

"I use this in conjunction with the dental fibers. I love the taste. I feel that it keep that "squeaky clean" feeling longer. The flavor of the gum doesn't last strong for very long. I'm not sure about the "diet" part. I find that when I chew ANY gum it rather curves my appetite or at least I don't thing about it as much. I will keep buying it. I would rather buy this that commercial brands."
