"Of the pills that I can use the product is effective, but the pills break way to easily and there are way too many that are just crushed to crumbs. A LOT of WASTE=WASTE of MONEY!"

"This Brand, and form of Magnesium is effective because it is chelated (attached) to an amino acid called Glycine. That makes it easy to absorb...unlike minerals that are not chelated.
I have used it for muscle tremors and have seen results about 30 minutes after taking it.
It is a permanent addition to my supplements."

"This is a well-tolerated, cost effective magnesium product. My symptoms were handled without the diarrhea sometimes associated with lesser magnesium supplements.

One batch that I ordered had some problems with the tablets breaking apart, but all other shipments have been fine. I am assuming this was a problem with a single lot"

"A reviewer of a colon health product mentioned that this type of magnesium promotes regularity, and it does! I take the suggested dose and have found that it helps with the constipation caused by medication. The good thing about the "chalky" tablets is that you can easily cut or break them in 1/2 if you don't want to swallow one whole. They have a mildly sweet coating on the outside, so the contents do not immediately hit your tongue. I feel much better when I take these. I'm on my third bottle!"
