"I am really impressed with this liquid Multi. I have trouble getting any benefit from capsules or tablet multi's, so was very happy when I felt more energy within one day of starting this product.

"If this has all what it says it has in it, then it does my body good. I am not sure how much of each vitamin, mineral or amino acid it has in it, but if I take the minimum amount at least I am supplementing my diet with vitamins. I like liquid vitamins, but they usually have some sort of allergy in them that I can't have like wheat grass, or soy, or milk or something and this is just wonderful and tasty! I'll keep buying for sure."
