"I wasn't terribly impressed, I didn't notice a difference in energy, but I drink a lot of coffee. Nothing special in the diet arena, it tastes better than most diet products, but didn't notice a change in appetite. It may work for people who are more sensitive to hoodia and/or caffeine."
