"I use a blend of equal parts of flax, hemp, and chia seeds. I grind it all up into a meal and use this blend IN EVERYTHING!!! Smoothies, homemade breads, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, EVERY MEAL I cook I add at least 1/4 cup of this mix. The nutritional benefits are too good not to. This particular brand of Hemp is the only one that I have tried. I love it so I will remain loyal."

"This product is only pennies more a day than the other brand and is cold pressed/unrefined/hexane free. I take one a day as well as shelled hemp seed, hemp seed oil and coconut oil to get all my amino acids and EFA's. The condition of my already healthy nails, hair and skin have improved drastically!"

"Forget all the other products and eat Hempseed. The three pound bag of Organic shelled hempseed is the best bargain for your money. I devide the bag into three parts, one in the ref. and the other two in the freezer. I starte each day with 3 tablespoons of hempseed blended with fresh orange juice. A great way to start the day."
