"I drink it during my workout (indoor rockclimbing/bouldering), from which I would normally be sore, but with Amino Vital (this particular type) I'm not sore the next day. I feel like it helps me build muscle & definition more quickly, and it doesn't have a ton of calories. The only drawback is the Aspartame (you would think they could use something else... oh well)."
