"I love amino vital as a pre-workout drink. It gives me alot of energy at the gym with no stimulants. The lemion flavor is better than the fruit punch flavor."

Good alternative to the big G, April 13, 2009

"I like the taste much better than Gatorade. It is not near as thick/sweet tasting, just sweat enough to taste good and the added amino's do make a difference in output during workout-mainly bike rides (30-40miles) or long runs (10+ miles). Does cost more than Gatorade, but you get what you pay for."
