"I was hoping this would have a very perky, tart fresh lemon scent, but it reminded me more of a lemon drop candy or lemon pledge (ok, maybe not THAT bad, but close).

It's still a decent product, but I wouldn't purchase it again because I wanted something a bit stronger with a fresher lemon scent. It could be their blend of lemon oils and extracts as well as calendula etc... that alters the fragrance."

It left my skin feeling very clean & soft and lightly scented with the most wonderful subtle lemon scent!

"I love the way my skin feels after using this. Even before I put lotion on, I can tell a big difference in how soft my skin is. I recommend using the Avalon lemon lotion afterwards. They're a great combination and smell like fresh lemons! My skin feels like silk. Excellent product and price! I'm on my 4th bottle."

"The smell of this body wash is a very true, fresh, juicy lemon. If that's not enough it doesn't contain sulfates, yet it does an admirable job of cleaning and it doesn't dry out my skin. I love using this with the Avalon Clarifying Lemon Shampoo & Conditioner."
