"I buy bars generally only to have something on hand to eat when I am in a hurry and do not have time for a meal...or for a before-bed snack that will not keep me up at night.
These bars are not to be eaten when you're in a hurry or half asleep--because they can't be! The texture reminds me of salt-water taffy. Extremely chewy and some sticking to the teeth.
Also, these bars taste pretty good, however, after two or three bites, the chocolate flavor kind of "wears off", and is not the predominant taste. Not bad, just not chocolatey.
So, if you like taffy, but want healthful ingredients with a bit of chocolate flavor, these are for you."
