"Here is what I am doing to great effect:
1) brush with non-fluoride toothpaste 2) floss and rinse 3) sprinkle Eco-Dent on my tongue, take a sip of quality water, then swish this solution around in my mouth for a few minutes
My teeth end up slick, shiny, and with a beautiful pearly luster. Enamel appears flawless, at least to the naked eye. I have only been doing this for a few days, but it seems that my sensitivity is decreasing.
With filtered water consumption, we probably do not get much fluoride anymore (which is toxic anyway), so I am happy to have found an alternative way to mineralize my teeth.

"This is the best tooth paste/powder I've ever used. My teeth feel much stronger and some rotten spots on my teeth have actually healed either fully or partially. You have to be patient though. It won't happen over night."

"This products cleans my teeth so well that I'll never go back to using toothpaste again. It is very economical as one bottle goes a long, long way. Most importantly, it very effectively cleans the teeth and leaves them sparkling, polished and the mouth very fresh. I gargle with a 1:1 solution of water and hydrogen peroxide first and then brush with this tooth powder. This combination makes my teeth and mouth very clean, healthy and fresh. I highly recommend this great product!"
