"I LOVE these and they do not give you that icky feeling that zinc can sometimes do to your stomach. They taste great--like a piece of hard candy! As soon as I get a scratchy throat, I take one and it usually takes care of it!"

"These taste good, and are all natural. Because they only contain 5mg of zinc gluconate each, you can pop a few of these during the day without worrying that you're over-doing it. If you get too much zinc, it's not healthy, either, as it robs the body of copper. I like being able to take several of these throughout the day vs. taking a large dose all at once. These have never caused stomach upset. They are a good value, and I plan on trying some of the other Zand flavors."
