"These drops do just what its description says it will do; it gives me a much-needed energy boost. I take 30-40 drops, up to twice-a-day (about 1:30 PM, then again around 5:00 PM) to help with extreme fatigue/brain fog, due to perimenopause. For me, it's benefits are felt in only a few minutes, which confuses me, because I had assumed that correcting adrenal fatigue would take years. How it works so quickly, I don't know! Last, I only gave it four stars, because of the very strong, alcohol burn you'll feel in your mouth, if you don't swallow and chase it with liquid right away. Its taste is unpleasant, but not bad enough for me to give them up. In fact, the drops work so well, I believe I'd continue to use them, even if the taste was totally unbearable. Maybe Vitacost will carry the non-alcohol version soon?"

"I have been taking this product for over a week and as yet have noticed no difference whatsoever. I purchased it to help with energy gains in the gym (weightlifting) but so far nothing has changed. Very disappointing considering that it got good reviews here and on other web sites."
