"I travel a lot, but never stop to eat at restaurants. So I take a lot of bars along. This one is a great value and a full meal at the same time. I does not make me tired, though it could have a little less sugar. What bothers me most, ist that it is so oily. Keep it cool and it works better. Sometimes there are still bits of the almond shell in the bar. That gives you a good crack in the teeth, so learn to bite with care. I really like the taste - but I eat a lot of raw foods as is, so I guess I have adapted a bit."

"This is by far my favorite bar out there. I'm especially pleased that it's raw. I was a little disappointed that it was on backorder, but I guess that just means other people share my opinion.
My only complaint is that it's too small and a little pricey for a bar."

"When evaluating food bars I look for 1) organic ingredients, 2) low glycemic load, 3) no refined sugars, 4) no GMOs, 5) soy-free, 6) dairy-free, and 7) 8-12 grams of protein. This bar passes most of these tests. I discovered this food bar while browsing Vitacost. Having never heard of the company I was hesitant about ordering but man was I surprised. I like the taste but am not picky regarding taste. They bar is a little oily/sticky, possibly due to the cashews. Anyway, I order this bar regularly now along with one from Garden of Life."
