"I use the HempShake packets on road trips or anytime I am going to be eating away from home. I take a lidded jar, pour in the HempShake, flax, and milk...put on the lid...and shake it up. I recommend using Bob's Organic golden flax meal to make a complete breakfast at home or on the run. If you have a blender on hand add frozen berries for a delicious and nutritious smoothie!"

"The woman's review that said this tastes like sand/gritty, obviously did not follow directions. You do not mix with water, and if you do, you would need to add sweetener of choice. Directions say to use almond milk or milk of choice (preferably not cows milk)... Also suggests a yummy quick shake receipe on package. This is a wonderful shake. SO healthy and full of fiber. I highly recommend! Love it!"
