"I love having this in my soya milk and in my oatmeal. It tastes fantastic !! Also, it boosts my energy level, and my stomach has disappeared ever since I tried it, and my arm flab too!
I think the only thing that could be improved is the texture; thick at times, and floats at the top of my glass, but I don't mind it. I can't wait to have some tomorrow morning, at breakfast!"

"I am addicted to this stuff. I mix 4 tbls. with about 16 ounces of water and some maca powder in the morning, and it makes me feel great. I no longer need caffeine to wake me up. This is the first product I have ever bought where I can actually FEEL the difference it makes in my body. I recently tried to Pomegranate flavor, but I don't care for it so much. The chocolate is where it's at."

"I really did not enjoy this product. I was never able to get it to full mix together. I even tried a blender. It is extremely gritty, and tasted more like cocoa powder than chocolate. I did not like this product and will not order it again."

"I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. At first I mixed it with water and it taste horrible. Then I mixed it with milk and it was a lot better. But I won't be buying this again. I feel like it doesn't really dissolve even after I use the blender. It has a grainy texture that I don't like. Plus it doesn't curb my appetite. I just drink this after my exercise but I'm not sure it does anything."

"I have been drinking this for breakfast 4 or 5 times a week. I add some frozen cherries skim milk or rice milk, perhaps a half bananna. Very easy breakfast. The taste is good, not great like a regular smoothie but I enjoy, very much, drinking knowing the protein and fiber benefits and trusting this is a very clean and wholesome product. Since I started i think I am losing about a pound every week or two. I was eating oatmeal and frozen soy products but this is much easier and digests easier. And less salt than the soy."

"I bought this thinking of my children because they like chocolate milk and I wanted to provide them something healthier than regular chocolate mix, but I was very disappointed when I mixed it and noticed it has a texture that sinks to the bottom of the cup and doenst blend with the milk. My children didn't like it at all! I tried blending it and even a colander, but it didn't work! Not for children!"

"This has a very earthy flavor that takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it's delicious! The chocolate flavor is great, and it makes for a nice thick shake. It's got tons of fiber and good protein, too, all for minimal calories!"

"This stuff is really good. I put 2 Tbls of it in my rocket blender with 1/2 cup almond milk, one to two Tbls. frozen blueberries and a few ice cubes. It is really good compared to some of the other shakes I had. I will keep using this brand."

"I have many food sensitivities and find protein shakes a very useful supplement to my diet. This makes a tasty, thick shake, especially when combined with almond milk. It has less protein and more carbs per serving than other protein powders, so it is not ideal purely as a fitness supplement. However, it is ideal as a snack or meal that you can fit into your macros for the day. Great, high fiber "pudding": 1/2c cold almond milk, 6 tbsps nutiva, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia to taste."
