"chronic insomniac. most sleep medications do not work for me as my mind watches and waits and resists their effect. but when i take this i notice later after iv slept that my mind did not do its ususal waiting and watching and resisting. it just turned off effortlessly."

"I use this product when I have too much on my mind to fall asleep. It helps calm my mind and allows me to fall asleep naturally and stay asleep instead of tossing and turning. It's not habit forming. I would recommend it to anyone who occasionally has trouble falling asleep!"
