"I take only 1/2 the recommended dosage and it does the trick. If you have sluggish bowels, this is a great product. Also, I think it does help decrease anxiety. The taste is bitter, but I found that mixing it with just 2 ounces of warm water and letting it fiz and throwing it back and then chasing it with cold water is far better thatn trying to drink the entire glass of the bitter taste. Be careful to follow the directions carefully and start with the one teaspoon and work your way up. I found that just two teaspoons is perfect for me as the full four teaspoons caused diarrhea."

"I had been suffering from indescribably painful whole-leg cramps that would wake me up suddenly in the middle of the night, or be triggered by bending or squatting positions, etc. These cramps had been bothering me, and interrupting my sleep, for years. I tried many, many different calcium/magnesium supplements; exercise; stretching; etc., with NO results. Finally, this product was recommended by a friend, and after a month of using it, I had NO night cramps, and very few position cramps! ONE CAUTION: I heard (granted, heresay) that it is better to take calc/mag away from multi-vitamins. And I personally take this product by putting the powder in a cup, adding boiling water (about an inch); and then a couple inches of juice. I like it best that way."

"I take this at night, it helps me sleep but also repelenshes my body with the mag and cal and vit D3 is added. A perfect combo to take at night. The flavor is a little strong, but you get use to it.
