"I must take a B12 every day and had trouble with sublingual.
I kept wanting to chew them. This liquid was a surprise that it tasted like cherry (no yucky aftertaste). Everyone told me that liquid B12 tasted terrible.

"Being vegan, I was taking a tablet version of B12 which made me really nauseous. I did some research and found that the body can utilize B12 as methylcobalamin in liquid form better than B12 as cyanocobalamin in tablet form. I definitely noticed a difference when I started using this B12 spray and will never go back to using B12 tablets again. It tastes great and is so quick and easy!"
