"Easy to use. One spray under the tongue does it! This is exceptionally easy to give my mother who is 84. She can't leave the tablets under her tongue long enough for them to dissolve. So this is the perfect answer for her. I'm not sure if it's built up the overall B12 levels yet. There's no way of knowing without a blood test. But this spray of B12 does give you energy - noticeable energy! Just be sure not to take it near bedtime. It will keep you awake. The best B12 I've found. I would guess it's not quite as effective as injections. But, I'd say it's the next best thing. The price here at Vitacost is the best I've found, too."

"Effective and it tastes great! The metered spray is nice and light, so you don't end up with too much liquid under your tongue, which makes you want to swallow it too soon. In fact, I like the light mist so much, I used my old, empty B-12 bottle for the DHEA spray I have, which came out too heavy from it's own bottle. Perfect product."

"As we get older, we have higher requirments for Vitamin B12 and few actually recieve it. B12 is so impportant in energy production and crucial if you are a vegan. The sublingual spray has been shown to be the most effective in absorbtion. And the price is much better at Vitacost than anywhere else."

"I bought this because its the superior form of B-12 and it's easy to use for the whole family. My small children love to get their spray right under the tongue. I have since found another liquid fruit flavored version that not only has the superior form of B-12 but all of the B-complex vitamins so I am switching to that.
