"the corn pasta's are miles above the rice,etc. the taste and consistancy is better to me.I just wish that you had more types of corn noodles, such as fettucini. Is there a corn egg noodle? I know there's a fettucini, but i dont know if De Boles makes a corn corkscrew pasta. To my taste, if there is a need for a gluten
free noodle it needs to be from corn. It's so much more like regular pasta."

"While the flavor of this pasta is pleasant enough, the texture is a bit "off". Not nearly as grainy as whole wheat of the old days, but just not quite as creamy as enriched wheat pasta.

Corn pasta doesn't seem to hold it's shape after freezing and reheating. Turns to mush."

"My 18 month old granddaughter loved the pasta. She is allergic to EVERYTHING. It was a joy to see her be able to eat this and enjoy it without an allergic reaction."
