"Anyone who loves pasta and has gluten intolerance this is the product to buy. Great taste, quick and easy to cook, can be used in different recipes and the price is excellent. These in my local store are twice the cost. It has an good consistency and even my husband who is not on a gluten free diet enjoyed it! Good buy."

"These noodles are wonderful! They don't fall apart and cook up wonderful. This is the best substitute for a wheat noodle that I have come across."
