"This bar has both "O" calories and carbs. It is a dream for those trying to lose weight. I break the bar into three parts and have one part each day. it satisfies my craving for sweets and is very filling when I am hungry."

"I am diabetic and have been searching for a good snack. This chocolate bar has done the trick. It only has 4 carbs per square. Perfect for that "sweet something.""

"Although this bar is not as nutricious as Universal's other bars it's dark chocolate flavor is absolutely to die for and is terrific as a snack or meal replacement."
