"I have tried many different supplements throughout my 40 years of lifting and have decided the best stuff out there, for a reasonable price, is Universal. This protein powder is great. It says to use a blender but it mixes just fine with some milk in a glass and a couple of panda chopsticks (not broken apart) to stir it. Tastes great and I might not ever drink plain milk again. I have noticed a definite gain in strength and mass in just three weeks."
