"Wait until you try the banana creme and the cappucino...so good! Use plenty of ice and your blender. I add flax to the cap flavor and it makes it nutty. Helps when I need something sweet or creamy, too. Yum!"

"I have been using this product for over a year and love it. I love to mix it with a lot of ice cubes. You can also mix fruit with it or add some extract flavoring. I love ice cream and this helps my cravings.

"best taste of all low carb drinks and i have tried most of them. it fills you up lasts about 3 hrs. average. quick and easy to fix. really good for us non- breakfast eaters. however even following a low carb lifestyle i did not see that the product was any more or less effective than others i have used."

"I have to admit, this was the best tasting shake I have ever had. Although, I don't use a blender, so I only use one scoop of powder to keep it from being too thick. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the consistancy of the shakes. The taste is great, but the texture in the mouth takes a little getting used to. I will be using a straw in the future because drinking without one lets the shake sit in your mouth, thus feeling the consistancy. I still have to try the Vanilla and the Chocolate, I'm sure I will like them too."

"The Banana Creme is just that, it's taste like bananas. I like that it mixes very well with water without too much settling why you enjoy it. I'm happy with the low carb and it seems to crave my hunger for a while. I probably won't buy this flavor again because I bought it more for my wife. I think it's a good mix though and the price is right."
